Design and Décor Consultation – Starting at $2500

With an acute eye for detail and years of experience in the Interior Design and Entertainment Industry, our passion is to work with our clients to inspire and push the boundaries of possibilities. From the tiniest details to the grandest vision(s), we go above and beyond, blending the utmost professionalism with a warm personal approach.


  • Assistance in developing your ideas, bring your vision to life and take the stress out of designing your wedding. Come brainstorm with Nomadic Notions to create the perfect space and flow for your destination DIY wedding.
  • Venue walk through, Venue Floor Plan of Rentals to include but not limited to:
    • Consultation and Placement of Décor
      -Venue Entrance
      -Cocktail & Lounge Areas
      -Ceremony Site
      -Reception Area
    • 5% discount applied for all Nomadic Notions rentals if this service is chosen

Day of Wedding Coordination – $2100

Included in the Coordination Package:

  • Up to three pre-wedding consultations or two in person meetings & 1 onsite walk through at venue
  • Review of all vendor contracts as needed to understand what is arriving day-of & contacting vendors 1 week prior to event to confirm arrival & set-up times.
  • Help Identify elements that may have been missed but are essential to run smoothly.
  • Meet, supervise and oversee logistics of vendors hired by clients.
  • Make sure vendors are aware of timeline and any special requests required of them
  • Troubleshooting any issues that may arise with discretion and grace
  • Ensure clients vision is implemented
  • Oversee set-up of (but not limited to) guest book, caterers, florals, hair & makeup, DJ/band, photographer, cake table & rentals, this does not include actual set-up of rentals or table settings unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • Keep track of marriage license & ritual items
  • Direct events to keep wedding flowing & on schedule
  • Make sure gifts & cards are collected & delivered
  • 10 hours of service on day of event
  • Peace of Mind
  • Additional meetings or additional hours are available at a rate of $150/hour if booked in advance.
    Hours added on the day of the wedding itself will be charged at a rate of $200/hour (accrued in half-hour increments)

Full-Service Wedding Planning – Starting at $6,000

  • Initial Consultation with clients
  • Unlimited phone and email availability
  • Help to prepare and understand an event budget
  • Assist with Venue Selection
  • Assist with Vendor Selection
  • Vendor Sourcing
  • Negotiating & booking clients vendor choice; we will schedule appointments and will accompany clients to up to two meetings per vendor category within a thirty mile radius, over thirty miles an additional mileage fee will be applied
  • Create Style & Design (color palette & theme)
  • Transportation & Lodging Procurement
  • Creation of Floor Plan
  • Ceremony Planning
  • Final preparation of rehearsal & wedding day itinerary as a timeline to be provided to client & vendors
  • Final consultation with vendors the month of the wedding
  • Final meeting covering all details with client, the month of the wedding and 1 week prior to the wedding
  • Final preparation of rehearsal & wedding day itinerary as a timeline to be provided to client & vendors
  • Rehearsal walk through with client at vendor location
  • Distribution of final payments and gratuity to vendors
  • Additional Services available upon request

Partial Planning – Starting at $3,000

  • Three in-person pre-wedding consultations
  • Unlimited phone & email availability
  • Assistance with budget & vendor recommendations
  • Help Identify missing elements that may have been missed but are essential to run smoothly
  • Vendor contract reviews
  • Adjustment of final rental orders based on final guest count
  • Constructing detailed wedding day timeline & set-up list
  • Confirming details with vendors 1-2 weeks prior to wedding
  • Distribution of final payments and gratuity to vendors
  • Help with running of rehearsal ceremony
  • Final walk through with client at venue site month of the wedding
